Brinkley Morgan Celebrates 45th Anniversary

Fort Lauderdale-based Brinkley Morgan is proud to celebrate its 45th anniversary this month. To mark this occasion, the firm will host an internal charitable drive and commit to purchase a minimum of $5,000 worth of food for a local food bank.

Founded in 1975 with a focus on real estate, business law and commercial litigation, Brinkley Morgan has evolved into a full-service law firm to include an impressive roster of 22 attorneys, a number of practice groups and offices in Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and West Palm Beach.

In the 1990’s, the firm developed a niche in Marital and Family law with the addition of Roberta Stanley, who is currently the firm’s Managing Partner. The firm also prioritizes giving back to the South Florida community and encourages attorneys to do the same and hold leadership positions in various non-profit organizations. For example, each year, Brinkley Morgan hosts two to four charity drives to assist various local organizations, including the firm’s annual Halloween Costume Drive in October for the Children’s Diagnostic & Treatment Center (CDTC) in Ft. Lauderdale. The firm’s attorneys and staff personally deliver the costumes each year to the pediatric patients at the center.

Other examples of the firm’s various charity drives include hosting food, hygiene and clothing drives to benefit organizations helping homeless children and adults in Broward and Palm Beach Counties; hosting holiday gift drives for SOS Children’s Villages Florida and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County’s Adopt-a-Family programs; collecting school supplies for ChildNet of Broward and Palm Beach counties and Kids In Distress of Broward and Palm Beach counties; and holding a book drive benefiting the Palm Beach Literacy Coalition.
