Brinkley Morgan is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to work in our Fort Lauderdale office. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of family law or business litigation paralegal experience working with discovery. Experience working with a document management program and production database is required. Candidates should have excellent communication and writing skills, as well as the ability to analyze incoming discovery. Candidate will work closely with attorneys, forensic accounting teams and clients. This position requires a proactive team player with a positive “can do” attitude. Excellent benefits package and hybrid work from home and office schedule will be considered.
- Boca Raton, FL
Brinkley Morgan is seeking a full-time legal assistant/paralegal for our Boca Raton office. Candidate should be well versed in the preparation of estate planning documents. There may be some probate and trust administration, as well as guardianship, but the majority of the work will be estate planning. Candidate will also maintain the attorney’s calendar and files. Experience with a document management program is required.

Brinkley Morgan has an immediate opening for an experienced accounting clerk in our Fort Lauderdale office. Candidate must have experience with law firm billing and accounting procedures, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as preparation and editing of monthly client invoices. Experience in Juris would be a plus, but is not required. Candidate will work in a true team environment, requiring excellent communication skills.
