About Mark A. Levy

As a Partner with Brinkley Morgan’s Business Litigation and Appellate group, Mark A. Levy represents a wide range of clients, assisting them with avoiding and resolving all types of business, commercial and financial disputes. His practice focuses primarily on business litigation, including creditors’ rights, business torts, contract disputes, commercial landlord-tenant disputes, corporate disputes, real property disputes, employment and non-compete agreements. He is experienced in litigating in federal and state trial and appellate courts, arbitration proceedings, administrative and regulatory proceedings, and appearing before local government bodies. Mark also assists small and mid-size businesses with their corporate transactional needs, including formation, mergers and acquisitions, contracting, employment and general legal needs. He is admitted to practice in Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

An active member of the legal community, Mr. Levy is a Past President of the Broward County Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and currently serves on the Board. He is a member of the Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida, the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar, and the Broward County Bar Association. He is also a graduate of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Fort Lauderdale Class X and previously served as Chair of The Florida Bar’s Grievance Committee 17J.

A graduate of George Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Mr. Levy earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law.
