As a member of Brinkley Morgan’s Family Law practice group, Julia Wyda concentrates her practice in all areas of marital and family law, including dissolution of marriage, parental responsibility and time-sharing, equitable distribution, alimony, child support, attorney’s fees, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, paternity, and child dependency.

Ms. Wyda is an active member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, serving as Co-Chair of the CLE Committee from 2011-2013 and currently serving as Vice Chair of the Publications Committee and member of the Executive Council, Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee, Equitable Distribution Committee, Legislation Committee, and Support Issues Committee. She is also a member of the Broward County Matrimonial Lawyers, the South Palm Beach County Collaborative Law Group, the Palm Beach County Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, the South Palm Beach County Bar Association, and the Palm Beach County Bar Association, where she served as President of the Young Lawyers Section from 2013-2014 and currently serves on the Board of Directors.

Additionally, Ms. Wyda has received numerous recognitions for her legal work, including receiving the Florida Bar Family Law Section’s Rising Star award for two years in a row and has been repeatedly named a Florida Rising Star in family law by Super Lawyers Magazine. She was also recognized as a Legal Elite Up & Comer by Florida Trend Magazine in 2011.
