MARK A. LEVY APPOINTED TO THE 17th JUDICIAL CIRCUIT GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE
Mark A. Levy, a partner with the law firm of Brinkley, Morgan, Solomon, Tatum, Stanley & Lunny, LLP has been appointed to the 17th Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee. The 81 local grievance committees of the Florida Bar are composed of lawyers and nonlawyers who are responsible for the investigation of possible lawyer misconduct referred by Bar discipline attorneys.
Mark A. Levy received his Bachelor’s degree in History in 1991 from the George Washington University and his Juris Doctor degree cum laude in 1997 from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was an Associate Editor of the Inter-American Law Review. Mr. Levy’s practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation, including business torts, corporate disputes, real property disputes, intellectual property and bankruptcy matters. He is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Federal, American and Broward County Bar Associations.
