MARK A. LEVY APPOINTED TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE FEDERAL BAR ASSOCIATION
Mark A. Levy, a partner with the law firm of Brinkley, Morgan, Solomon, Tatum, Stanley & Lunny, LLP has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Federal Bar Association, Broward County Chapter.
According to the Federal Bar Association (FBA) website, the Bar “is dedicated to the advancement of the science of jurisprudence and to promoting the welfare, interests, education, and professional development of all attorneys involved in federal law. The FBA is the catalyst for communication between the bar and the bench, as well as the private public sectors.”
Mark A. Levy received his Bachelor’s degree in History in 1991 from the George Washington University and his Juris Doctor degree cum laude in 1997 from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was an Associate Editor of the Inter-American Law Review. Mr. Levy’s practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation, including business torts, corporate disputes, real property disputes, intellectual property and bankruptcy matters. He is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United Stated District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Federal, American and Broward County Bar Associations.
