KEVIN P. CROSBY JOINS FLORIDA BAR COMMITTEES ON INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW AND COMPUTER/TECHNOLOGY LAW
Kevin P. Crosby, a Partner in the law firm of Brinkley, Morgan, Solomon, Tatum, Stanley & Lunny, LLP, has joined the Intellectual Property Law and Computer/Technology Law Committees of the Florida Bar.
Mr. Crosby is Florida Bar Board Certified in the area of Intellectual Property Law and practices in the areas of intellectual property protection and litigation, concentrating in patent, trademark, copyright and computer/Internet law. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Rutgers University in New Jersey in 1983 and received his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University in 1986. He is the co-author of the Florida Law section of the International Trademark Association’s Treatise entitled “State Trademark and Unfair Competition Law.” Mr. Crosby is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and he is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts, the United States District Courts for the Southern (including Trial Bar) and Middle Districts of Florida, and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Eleventh and Federal Circuits. He is a member of the American Bar Association (Litigation Section), The Florida Bar (Trial Lawyers’ Section), the Broward County Bar Association, the American Association for Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America), the International Trademark Association and the South Florida Intellectual Property Association. Mr. Crosby is also a member of the Intellectual Property Law Committee and the Computer Law Committee of the Florida Bar.
