HARRIS SOLOMON, ROBERTA STANLEY & KENNETH GORDON LISTED AS TOP LAWYERS IN SOUTH FLORIDA
Harris K. Solomon, Roberta G. Stanley and Kenneth A. Gordon, all partners with the law firm Brinkley, Morgan, Solomon, Tatum, Stanley & Lunny, LLP have been listed as Top Lawyers in South Florida in the South Florida Legal Guide 2007 Annual Edition. The South Florida Legal Guide is an annual publication which ballots a select group of highly regarded attorneys in South Florida. Those attorneys nominate others who they believe should be selected as Top Attorneys. The top 2% is then published in the annual publication as a resource for the legal communities of Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.
Harris K. Solomon was awarded his Juris Doctor degree with Honors from Florida State University. He is one of approximately two hundred members of The Florida Bar who has been Board Certified as a Specialist in Business Litigation and is a Certified Civil Mediator. Today, Mr. Solomon's practice concentrates in the areas of commercial litigation, partnership and shareholder disputes, representation of creditors in Bankruptcy proceedings, probate litigation and government law. He is admitted to practice before all federal and state courts in Florida, as well as the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits, the
United States Supreme Court and the United States Tax Court. Mr. Solomon is a member of the American Bar, the Florida Bar Business Litigation Certification Committee and the Broward County Bar Association. He currently serves as Chairperson of the Boys’ & Girls’ Clubs of Broward County, President of Temple Bat Yam of East Fort Lauderdale, and is on the Board of Directors of H.O.M.E.S., Inc.
Roberta G. Stanley received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh magna cum laude in 1979 and her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University cum laude in 1983, where she was also a member and Editor of the Nova Law Review. Ms. Stanley is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in the area of Marital and Family Law. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML). Ms. Stanley practices exclusively in the area of family law, and handles complex dissolution of marriage cases dealing with business valuations, corporate, interstate and tracing issues. She also handles complex pre-nuptial agreements, paternity and other family related matters. She is currently an officer of the Florida Chapter of the AAML and swerves on various local and national committees. Ms. Stanley is a member of the Family Law Section of the American Bar, Florida Bar and the Broward County Bar Association. Ms. Stanley is the author of the Florida Family Law Trial Notebook and has extensively published and lectured on family law matters.
Kenneth A. Gordon received his Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from Florida State University in 1983 and his Juris Doctor degree cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 1997. Mr. Gordon concentrates his practice in the areas of marital and family law with special emphasis in dissolution of marriage, alimony, child custody and visitation, equitable distribution, adoption and other family law matters. He also serves as Special Counsel for Adoption Source, Inc., which specializes in international adoptions. Mr. Gordon is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts. He is a member of the First American Family Law Inns of Court, Barrister, the Family Law Section of The Florida Bar and a graduate of Leadership Broward.
