Attorney Stacy M. Schwartz has joined the law firm of Brinkley, Morgan, Solomon, Tatum, Stanley & Lunny, LLP as an associate. Ms. Schwartz’s practice focuses on complex commercial and intellectual property litigation.
Ms. Schwartz received her Bachelor of Science degree with highest honors from the University of Florida in 1998 and her Juris Doctor degree magna cum laude in 2001 from New York Law School. While in law school, Ms. Schwartz was the Associate Editor and Topics Editor of the New York Law School Journal of International and Comparative Law and was the Associate Editor and Managing Editor of Media Law and Policy. After working as a civil litigator for two years with the Florida Attorney General’s Office, Ms. Schwartz spent 3.5 years working with a Miami law firm.
She is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts as well as the United States District Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. She is a member of the Florida, Broward and Dade County Bar Associations.
