Scott P. Chitoff (scott.chitoff@brinkleymorgan.com) received his Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies in 1993, his Master of Science in Dispute Resolution in 1995 and his Juris Doctor degree in 2000, all from Nova Southeastern University. While in law school, he was a member of the 1999-2000 Board of Editors for the Journal of International and Comparative Law serving as Lead Technical Editor. Additionally, Mr. Chitoff was an Honor Court Prosecutor, President of the Association of Business Law Students, Founding Board Member of the Law Student Advisor and Ambassador Program, and member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity. received his Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude in Business Administration from the University of Miami and was awarded his Juris
Doctor degree from the University of Florida. Mr. Coleman has been practicing
law since 1971, and in 1985 he received his Master of Laws degree in Taxation
from the University of Miami Law School. He is Board Certified as a Specialist
in Tax Law and is a member of the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and
Education. Mr. Coleman's practice concentrates in the areas of taxation and
transactional issues for corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and

Kenneth
A. Gordon (kenneth.gordon@brinkleymorgan.com) received his Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from Florida State University in 1983 and his Juris Doctor degree cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 1997. While in law school, he was the founding President of the University of Miami Family Law Society and Co-Chair of the Law School Liaison Committee of the Family Law Section of The Florida Bar. Additionally, he was the recipient of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Scholarship in 1997 and was awarded the Dean's Certificate for Litigation Skills. Mr. Gordon is Board Certified in Marital and Family Law by the Florida Bar and concentrates his practice in the areas of marital and family law with special emphasis in dissolution of marriage, alimony, child custody and visitation, equitable distribution, adoption and other family law matters. Mr. Gordon is admitted to practice before all state courts in Florida. He is a member of the First American Family Law Inns of Court, Barrister, and the Family Law Section of The Florida Bar. Mr. Gordon is on the Continuing Legal Education Committee of the Florida Bar. He has published various articles on family law issues such as “Working with the Vocational Expert,” published in the Family Advocate, and he has lectured on a variety of topics. J. Joyce
(kenneth.joyce@brinkleymorgan.com) received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 1989 and a Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University in 1993. Mr. Joyce’s practice concentrates on business litigation, including shareholder and partnership disputes, employment law, insurance and real estate-related litigation. In 2008, Mr. Joyce was named by Florida Trend magazine as one of the State of Florida’s Legal Elite attorneys in the practice of business law. Mr. Joyce is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell, which represents the highest level of professional excellence as rated by his peers. Mr. Joyce is actively involved in numerous civic and community organizations. He is a graduate of Leadership Fort Lauderdale and is past Co-Chair of the Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce Law and Government Day. He has also served on the Board of Directors of the Ann Storck Center which serves the needs of developmentally disabled adults and children. Thomas

Tatum (thomas.tatum@brinkleymorgan.com) received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Loyola University, New Orleans, La., in 1970 and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami in 1973. He has practiced law in Broward County since 1973 and was a founder of and partner in Tatum and Tatum, P.A. before joining the Firm in 1994. Mr. Tatum's practice includes the representation of title insurance underwriters and insureds, the resolution of disputed title matters, and the investigation and resolution of real estate frauds and defalcations. His practice also concentrates on matters pertaining to liability insurance, defense and coverage disputes, and state and federal commercial litigation. He is active in numerous professional bar and community activities, having served two terms as Chairman of the Real Property Section and one as Chairman of the Commercial Law Section of the Broward County Bar Association, as well as having served as President of the Board of Directors of Legal Aid Service of Broward County, Inc. and Chairman of the City of Fort Lauderdale Historic Preservation Board (for the year 2000).
