Brinkley Morgan Partner William S. Kramer Appointed as Chairman of the Board for SOS Children’s Villages Florida

William S. Kramer, a partner at the full-service South Florida law firm Brinkley Morgan, was recently appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors for SOS Children’s Villages Florida.

SOS Children’s Villages Florida (SOS) is a foster care neighborhood in Coconut Creek, which provides up to 75 foster children with “A Place to Call Home.”  The mission of SOS is to provide a nurturing environment that empowers children, youth, and families to achieve their potential. The village allows for siblings, who are typically separated while in foster care, to reunite and maintain their family connection. SOS also provides an 18+ After Care program to help young adults transition out of foster care after they turn 18 years of age. Celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, SOS has had more than 600 children reside in the village and boasts a 100% high school graduation rate. Kramer has served on the Board of Directors for SOS Children’s Village Florida since 2012.

Kramer is a Florida Bar Board Certified Real Estate lawyer, AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, and was recently recognized as “2018 Lawyer of the Year” for Real Estate in Fort Lauderdale by Best Lawyers in America®.  He specializes in both real estate law and business/corporate law, representing banks and other lenders, investors, developers, builders, buyers and sellers, and landlords and tenants in a wide range of complex real estate matters in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties.
