Joshua D. Miron (joshua.miron@brinkleymorgan.com) received his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Florida State University in 1996 and his Juris Doctor degree in 2001 from Nova Southeastern University.  Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Miron acted as a project manager for a hotel renovation and development company.  As a result of such specialized knowledge, he practices in the area of commercial litigation with an emphasis in real estate, contract and construction related matters.  He is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts as well as the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Florida.  Mr. Miron is a member of the Florida Bar, the Broward and Dade County Bar Associations and the Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund.  He is also a licensed real estate sales associate.

Quentin E. Morgan (quentin.morgan@brinkleymorgan.com) received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with honors from the University of Florida in 1997, and his Masters of Public Administration and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2000. While in law school, Mr. Morgan was a MPLE Scholar and an Honor Court Prosecutor. He practices in the area of local government law with an emphasis in permitting, zoning, land use, subdivision law and code enforcement. Mr. Morgan is a member of the Broward County Parks and Recreation Advisory Board as well as a member of the Board of Directors of the Young Lawyers' Section of the Broward County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before all state courts in Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Marissa J. Pullano (marissa.pullano@brinkleymorgan.com) earned her Bachelor’s degree magna cum laude in Social Work in 2004 from The Catholic University of America and her Juris Doctor degree in 2008 from Nova Southeastern University. Ms. Pullano’s practice focuses primarily in the area of marital and family law, which includes dissolution of marriage, alimony, child custody and visitation, equitable distribution and adoption. She is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts.  She is a member of the American Bar, the Florida Bar and the Broward County Bar Associations.

Alan L. Raines (alan.raines@brinkleymorgan.com) received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ohio State University in 1998 and his Juris Doctor degree cum laude from Michigan State University-Detroit College of Law in 2001. Mr. Raines’ practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation, including business torts, contract and corporate litigation. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He is a member of the American Bar Association, The Florida Bar and the Broward County Bar Association.

Jonathan Z. Schiller (jonathan.schiller@brinkleymorgan.com) earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 1995 from the University of Miami and his Juris Doctor degree in 1999 from DePaul University College of Law.  Mr. Schiller’s practice focuses primarily on marital and family law with special emphasis on dissolution of marriage, alimony, child custody and visitation, equitable distribution and adoption.   He is admitted to practice before all Florida and Illinois state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.  He is a member of the American Bar, the Illinois Bar, the Florida Bar and the Broward County Bar Associations.

Stacy M. Schwartz (stacy.schwartz@brinkleymorgan.com) received her Bachelor of Science degree with highest honors from the University of Florida in 1998 and her Juris Doctor degree magna cum laude in 2001 from New York Law School.  While in law school, Ms. Schwartz was the Associate Editor and Topics Editor of the New York Law School Journal of International and Comparative Law and was the Associate Editor and Managing Editor of Media Law and Policy.  After working as a civil litigator for two years with the Florida Attorney General’s Office, Ms. Schwartz spent 3 1/2 years working with a Miami law firm.  Ms. Schwartz practices in the area of complex commercial and intellectual property litigation.  She is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts as well as the United States District Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.  She is a member of the Florida, Broward and Dade County Bar Associations.
